Well, since so many people have told me that MySpace and FaceBook are better than Xanga... and since I believe everything I hear... I have decided to end my already dwindling relationship with Xanga and move on to greener pastures. Fare thee well.

I'm sick. The kind of sick that makes you want to pull down the shades and sleep all day. The kind of sick that makes you want to do that but you cant because you're up coughing and sneezing and blowing your nose. Its not a fun kind of sick. I have become best buds with Vicks Vapor Rub, Extra Strength Tylenol, Ludens Cough Drops and Chewable C Drops... not to mention Chicken Soup. Sniff. Cough. Wheeze. Chuck is still on N. Carolina.. which is probably a good thing because he would not want to be here with me like this... lucky for him he isnt sick.... luck for him....(sigh)...

When life hands you lemons - make lemonaide. Atleast thats how the saying goes. Its hard though... life's lemons tend to be a bit sour sometimes. Chuck is going to be gone for a week on a business trip to North Carolina starting tomorrow. I am NOT looking forward to him being gone. Jessica and Jaclyn might come visit me during that time - which would be awesome - so fingers crossed that happens. I am trying to decide if now is the right time to go back to school. I have wanted to for a while now but financially and time wise it just hasnt worked out. I want to go back to get my teaching certification which is a 2 year program if I go full time (I already have a B.A.) I am just searching for the widom before making such a decision since schools are laying off teachers right now rather than hiring them. I know thats what I want to do as a career - teach - I just dont know what the future holds as far as finding a job in that field... and thats the scary part. Do I risk going back to school, spending time and money, only to find that I can get a job? Or do I not even try and always wonder "what if"? Help!

My little sister's wedding is tomorrow! I'm so very excited.... Last night was her bachelorette party and we went to a sushi restaurant in downtown Annapolis called Tsunami. It was really really good. After dinner we all (there was seven of us total.. all her bridesmaids) went back to my grandmothers house - where we are staying - and had fondu and a champagne and watched her open gifts. Today is the rehersal and thats going to be a blast, too. We are going to a crab house for dinner tonight... which I havent been to in ages. Very cool. More updates to come!
